1. Scope

1.1 Feature

The AC-DC module TPA179 is a drive constant current source specially developed for batteries.

AC-DC module TPA179 is designed for battery drive the development of constant current source.

1.2 Application

The output characteristic of this constant current source is 4.2V/800mA

The constant current power supply can drive 800mA/4.2V


2. Specification

2.2.2 Over voltage protection

4. Reliability

4.1 Mean time to failure MTBF

When working at the rated load and the ambient temperature is 25°C, the theoretical average time to failure of the power supply is 50,000 hours, while the average time to failure in the actual life test exceeds 50,000 hours.

The theory value is 50,000 hours when operating with the rated load at ambient temperature of 25℃, and the experimental value is over 5,0000 hours.

4.2 Insulation test

Input and output conditions: 3000Vac, 10mA, 60 seconds

Test condition: 3000Vac between all input and all output terminals, 10mA, 60 seconds.
