This product is an AC to DC power supply with a total power of 60W, which complies with CQC, CB (TUV RH) and EU RoHS directives.

The product should meet the requirement of 318Vac AC input without damage.

1.2 Steady-state current

       When the AC input voltage is 110V, the input current is less than or equal to 2A.

       When the AC input voltage is 220V, the input current is ≤1A.

1.3 Inrush current (cold start)

Within the input conditions listed in section 1.1 and the operating environment range listed in the section, the surge current should be less than the specifications of the key components

(Such as rectifier bridge, fuse). Repeated switching of the power supply will not cause damage to the power supply or blown fuse (meet standard requirements:

ETSI300132-3).

1.4 Input overcurrent protection

When the input overcurrent is caused by an abnormal load or power supply, the AC side fuse will operate.

2) A ceramic capacitor of 0.1 Uf and an electrolytic capacitor of 10 Uf are connected in parallel at the output power terminal which is more than 10CM away from the power board to simulate the load test.

4. Output protection function

4.1 Overpower (overcurrent) protection

After power supply over power protection (equivalent to output over current protection), the power supply is in hiccup protection mode, over current protection point

4.2 Short circuit protection

When the output terminal of the power supply is short-circuited to the ground, the power supply can be automatically protected; after the short-circuit is removed, the power supply can be automatically restored.

7. Reliability

8. Special requirements

8.1 The material of the PCB board is CEM-1 single-sided board.

8.2 The input large capacitor (bit number C1) adopts 450V withstand voltage.

8.3 AC input terminal: AC input is an AC standard 2PIN terminal, and it is required to be located on the power board.

8.4 DC output: DC output cable is required to be welded directly on the power board, and the other end is a DC power connector.

8.5 DFX requirements:

a. ICT test: ICT verification device open circuit and short circuit, the test includes short circuit, open circuit; parts

b. Power-on test: rated input, test above half load, repeated power-on and power-off 4 times, monitoring of equipment with display function

c. Aging test: rated input, load above 80%, 50°-/+5, according to our new product aging specification;

d. MTBF test: MTBF is tested according to our company's 250,000-hour demand;

e. 220/110VAC power supply withstand voltage test:

Pressure test 

Test conditions: L+N short-connected pair secondary (including output and signal terminals) test withstand voltage 3kv; L+N short-connected pair

Protected area 1.5kv.

①: During the test, the withstand voltage equipment does not alarm;

②: The gas discharge tube must be disconnected when the leakage current does not exceed 10mA;

f. ATE test: ATE, the conventional performance test of a single unit needs to be fully covered

g. ORT test: ORT, 168 hours, 1/1000 sampling, temperature and aging are the same
