5. Reliability
MTBF: 300,000 hours, working at an ambient temperature of 25℃ and rated power grid and load
E-CAP: 10 years, working at an ambient temperature of 70°C and the rated power grid and load (tested according to the weighted evaluation method of temperature parameters in various regions provided by Huawei).
6. Special requirements
6.1 The material of the PCB board is at least CEM-1 single-sided board.
6.2 The product should meet the requirements of reaching AC input 318Vac without damage.
6.3 AC input terminal: AC input is an AC standard 2PIN terminal, and it is required to be located on the power board.
6.4 DC output: DC output cable is required to be soldered directly on the power board, and the other end is a DC power connector.
6.5 DFX requirements:
a. ICT test: ICT verification device open circuit and short circuit, the test includes short circuit, open circuit; parts
b. Power-on test: rated input, test above half load, repeated power-on and power-off 4 times, monitor output voltage with display function equipment
c. Aging test: rated input, load above 80%, 50°-/+5, according to our new product aging specification;
d. MTBF test: MTBF is tested according to our company's 300,000 hours demand;
e. ATE test: ATE, the conventional performance test of a single unit needs to be fully covered
f. ORT test: ORT, 168 hours, 1/1000 sampling, temperature and aging are the same
g. Lightning strike sampling test: lightning strike, 3PCS each time, once every 3 months, test according to the required indicators;
h. Surge sampling test: Surge sampling test, 3PCS each time, once every 3 months, test according to the required indicators;
i. The finished power supply needs to be affixed with a bar code to be traceable;
