8. Environmental protection instructions
This power supply is used in many countries and needs to meet ROHS related requirements.
9. Storage and transportation requirements
9.1 Labeling requirements on packaging materials
9.1.1 Outer packaging label requirements
The outer packing box of the material must be affixed with the Chinese and English labels specified by the customer company, as shown in Figure 1:
Figure 1 The label format of the supplier's outer packaging box
9.1.2 Label item description
Code (ITEM): the material code of the customer company of this material;
Name (NAME): the material name of this material;
Model (MODEL): The manufacturer model of this material should be consistent with the model in our system;
Quantity (QTY): The total quantity of this coded material in this packing box;
Code (CODE): represents the supplier code;
Contract number (PO No.): the contract number of the purchase order;
LOT No.: The production batch number of the manufacturer's material;
Date (DATE): supplier delivery date;
Note: The font is No. 5, and the content of the label is required to be in Chinese and English. If the Chinese and English cannot be compared due to special reasons, the English should be the main language. Labels of the same type should be of the same size, with neat edges, four sides should be straight, and four corners should be right angles, which should be the same as the sides and corners of the printing paper. The label column must be printed, and the blank space must also be printed in principle (due to conditions, it can be filled in by hand in a short time), but there must be no alteration, and the label size of the supplier must be the same for the same delivery.
Figure 2 Schematic diagram of the location of the label
9.1.3 Location of labels
The label paste position should be consistent as much as possible, uniformly affixed to the upper right corner of the smallest cross-section on the side of the packing box, as shown in Figure 2. If it cannot be pasted due to actual conditions, it can be pasted on a certain side or the upper right corner of the upper right corner.
9.1.4 Text requirements
All printed text identification parts on the inner and outer packing boxes of materials should be printed in both Chinese and English.
9.2 Requirements for accessories in the box
The packing list, configuration table, installation specification, warranty card and other textual instructions that are included with the materials in the packing box must be printed in both Chinese and English.
9.3 Packaging requirements
The manufacturer can use appropriate methods for packaging to ensure that the product is free from any harmful gas, chemical pollution, static electricity, humidity and mechanical damage during handling, transportation, and storage. The packing box and packing box should be marked with the name and number of the product, model specification, production date, quantity, and batch number.
The device is supplied in batches. If more than one batch is delivered at the same time, it must be packaged separately (indicating the batch number on the package) and the batch number and batch number should be indicated on the delivery note;
If there is more than one production batch in the same large package, separate the small package (indicating the batch number on the small package) and indicate the batch number and the quantity of each batch number on the large package;
For products of the same production batch, if they are produced in different periods, they should be marked and packaged separately.
A power module is packed in a box.
9.4 Storage requirements
The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and non-corrosive warehouse with a relative humidity of not more than 80% at -10~40℃.
9.5 Transportation requirements
The product should be shipped with a firm packing box. The outside of the box should comply with the relevant national standards and should be marked with "handle with care" and "moisture-proof". The packaging box containing the product is allowed to be transported by any means of transportation. Avoid direct rain and snow and mechanical impact during transportation.
9.6 Shell protection
According to the requirements of our company and customers.
