  Inspection is an important work in the production of power adapter manufacturers and runs through the entire process of power adapter production.

  The inspection work of power adapter manufacturers generally includes a three-level inspection system of self-inspection, mutual inspection and full-time inspection. Usually inspection work mainly refers to full-time inspection, that is, the full-time staff of the quality management department of the power adapter manufacturer observes and compares all the raw materials, components, parts and components required by the switching power adapter according to the corresponding technical documents. And judgment work.

  Power supply inspection methods include two types: full inspection and random inspection. The inspection method of the product should be determined according to the characteristics, requirements and production stage of the product. The quality of the product should be guaranteed, and the principle of economic rationality should be adhered to.

  1. Full inspection

  Full inspection is to inspect all products. Full inspection can improve the reliability of the product, but it will consume a lot of manpower and material resources and increase the production cost of the product. Usually, only military products and other products with particularly high reliability requirements, trial products, and products produced after changes in production conditions and production processes are fully inspected.

  2. Sampling

  Sampling inspection is currently a widely used inspection method in the production of power adapter manufacturers. In the mass production process of power supply products, it is impossible and unnecessary to inspect all parts, semi-finished products, and finished products produced by a full inspection method. Usually several samples can be taken from the products to be inspected for inspection, that is, random inspections are carried out.

  Sampling inspection should be carried out under the premise of mature product design, technical specifications, stable equipment, and reliable tooling. The number of samples taken should be determined according to the base number of the product to be inspected and the sampling standard in the national standard. When taking samples, they should not be drawn from continuously produced products, but should be drawn randomly from the batch of products. The results of the random inspections should be recorded, and the failures in the random inspection products should be judged according to the relevant product failure judgment standards.

  3. Judgment of test results

  Power adapter failures usually include fatal defects, serious defects, and minor defects. Fatal defects refer to safety defects, which are veto failures, that is, as long as there are fatal defects in the sample, the random inspection batch of products will be judged as unqualified. Major defects are A faults, and light defects are B faults. In the absence of fatal defects, the number of failures A and B in the sampling samples and the sampling criteria in the national standard should be used to determine whether the sampling product is qualified.

  The quality of the power adapter is usually judged by the product qualification level (AQL). Products with different quality requirements have different quality indicators. The inspection should be based on the number of A and B failures allowed under the specified AQL value of the product to be inspected.
