  Obviously, if the reliability screening test conditions are not appropriate, it may cause some products to fail to meet the requirements of reliability and stability due to insufficient screening test intensity, or the part of early failure products may fail due to missing necessary screening test items. Can be filtered out. In addition, some of the originally good products may be eliminated due to the strict screening test conditions.
