BIS (The Bureau of Indian Standards) certification is India's mandatory market access certification. Once the product is marked with the "ISI mark", it means that it meets the relevant Indian standards and consumers can buy with confidence. After August 13, 2015, all rechargeable batteries of charger products need to have BIS registration, and Cell only needs to obtain the BIS register separately when conducting commercial transactions in the Indian market.
1. Test items:
1. Charge the charger for 28 days according to the method specified by the power adapter supplier
2. Simulate the vibration caused during transportation
3. When the battery is used under high ambient temperature, the internal components cannot be exposed
4. The battery cannot catch fire or explode when exposed to high temperature and low temperature alternately
5. Simulate improper installation when single-cell battery is used in multi-cell use, and it must not cause fire or explosion
6. Short-circuit the positive and negative electrodes can not catch fire or explode
7. The battery cannot catch fire or explode when dropped from a height of 1m to the floor
8. Simulate the impact encountered during transportation or handling, and cannot catch fire or explode, or leak
9. When the battery is at an extremely high temperature (130 degrees), it cannot catch fire or explode
10. Give a force of 13KN to squeeze the battery, and it cannot catch fire or explode
11. Simulate the low pressure (11.6Kp) encountered during air transportation, and cannot catch fire or explode
12. Charge the battery or battery cell to 250% of the rated capacity with 2.5 times the charger current recommended by the customer, and it should not catch fire or explode
13. Carry out the charger for a long time according to the charger method given by the manufacturer, and cannot catch fire or explode
14.Forceddischarge: A single cell in an appliance containing multiple cells must withstand polarity reversal, and cannot catch fire or explode
15. The charger is faulty or the cells in the battery pack with cells in parallel are subjected to excessive charger current and cannot catch fire or explode
